There are TWO DIFFERENT ACCOUNT TYPES - SINGLE LISTINGS Account and BULK LISTINGS Account.

For Commercial or Residential Landlords and Property Managers who wish to list just one rental property or a handful of rental properties on an until-leased or until-rented basis.

SINGLE LISTINGS FEES – Per Listing

Commercial Lease Premises: $50.00 +gst per premises until leased.

Residential Rental Property: $30.00 +gst per property until rented.

Holiday Rental Property: $50.00 +gst per property for 12-month term (or until withdrawn if less than 12 months).

Listing your property and uploading your photos is done using our simple-to-use Property Listing Wizard. You can edit your listing at any time.

Single Listing fees are payable in advance online by secure Credit Card method. Each property listed will be treated as a separate Credit Card transaction.

A tax invoice is automatically created upon payment being made and is stored in your account for printing. The initial listing period is 42 days (6 weeks) and is extendable at no additional cost until leased or rented.

Before expiry of 42 days you will receive an email reminder providing the option to extend for a further 14 days at no additional cost. If you extend your listing you will continue to receive email reminders giving you the opportunity to extend. So long as you continue to extend, your listing will remain on the system. If you fail to extend, your listing will drop off the system. This ensures that the GetLeased website is always current.

Extending a listed property on the site which has already been leased, or changing the redundant listing to list a second property is in breach of our terms and conditions.

Holiday Rental customers wishing to list a holiday rental property can also list on the Single Listings Account system. The fee will be for a 12-month contract period in the Holiday Rental section.

For Real Estate Agency offices and Property Management companies wishing to bulk list on a continuing basis.

Listings can be spread across Commercial and Residential categories.

BULK LISTINGS FEES

Unlimited Listings: $100 +gst per month, per office. Invoiced on a 3-month contract basis. Payment due on receipt of Invoice.

Bulk Listings Account holders have the choice of listing properties via three different methods:

1. Manually (individually) using our simple-to-use Property Listing Wizard.
2. GET LEASED DELIMITED FILE BULK LOAD SERVICE (all your listings in one zip file). GetLeased provides for your listings to be automatically uploaded to our system via our own GetLeased Bulk Load Service (details available on registration).
3. OSL REAXML. We support the use of the REAXML standard for XML property data as used by OSL (details available on registration).

The GetLeased system allows you to edit and update your listings at any time.

An email is sent to you towards the end of each 3-month contract period providing the opportunity to renew.
